🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
• Items that show signs of wear or damage due to customer use are not eligible for return.

Return Instructions:

1. Contact our support team at support@funnetra.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items
